About Bidding in JEN Auction
Question1 How can I bid in JEN Auction?
Answer1 You need to be a member of JEN Auction, for which registration is required. Click "Member Registration for Bidding" in the box of "JEN Auction," read carefully the "Terms and Conditions for Bidding in JEN Auction." Then, fill in the "Member Registration Form" and submit it via internet.
 
Question1 How can I get the machine?
Answer1 The ownership of the purchased equipment is transferred to you when your payment for the machine is confirmed by JEN CORP. Come pick up the machine at the NORI yard (Narita & Kobe) and a designated place as soon as possible. When you equipment locates out of designated yard, it takes few more days for making delivery.
 

About JEN Search Site
Question1 How can I get an access to JEN Search Site?
Answer1 You need to be a member of JEN Search Site, for which registration and annual fee are required. Click "Member Registration for Search Site" in the box of "Search Site," read carefully the "Terms and Conditions for JEN Search Site." Then, fill in the "Member Registration Form" and submit it via internet.
 
Question1 I understand the annual fee is JPY66,000. Can I pay the fee monthly instead of annually?
Answer1 Yes. The monthly fee is JPY7,700. Please contact to JEN CORP. for the arrangement.
 
Question1 Can I bid in JEN Auction if I pay for the Search Site fee?
Answer1 No. For Bidding in JEN Auction, you need to be registered as a member of JEN Auction. For the procedure, please refer to the FAQ "About Bidding in JEN Auction" above.
 

About JCE Guide
Question1 How can I get JCE Guide?
Answer1 Click "JCE Guide" and print out the order form (PDF format). Fill in the form and fax it to JEN CORP. JCE Guide is shipped on confirming your payment by JEN CORP.
 
Question1 How much is the Guide?
Answer1 One unit of JCE Guide, consisting of two volumes (specifications and serial numbers), costs JPY50,000.
 
Question1 How much are the tax and shipping fees?
Answer1 The price of the Guide includes the tax and shipping fees. But transfer fees are customer bound.
