≪Cancelation of Entry due to Consignor's Circumstances≫
  • Before the Contract Completion: As a Entry cancellation fee, the starting price will be treated as the winning bid, and the same amount as the transaction fee will need to be paid.
    After the Contract Completion: The consignor will be required to pay the JEN fee (equal to the transaction fee) + a penalty of 10% of the winning bid (minimum 100,000 yen), as well as all expenses related to the transaction and any associated damages.
≪Claims After a Successful Bid≫
  • If mismatch troubles, changes, or defects (including hidden defects) are discovered after a successful bid, the consignor will bear the costs for adjustments with the winning bidder, and damages will be determined according to JEN's decision.
≪Claims After Carry-out≫
  • If the 'Entry Terms' are violated, this will apply even after delivery(carry-out), and the issue will be settled with the winning bidder according to JEN's decision.

4. Operations Required Before Entry

Please note that the instructions may different depending on each yard, So, please contact JEN for details each time.

  1. a ) Entry from the Consignors Yard

    2. ・ After a successful bid, Carry-out from the consignor's yard
    ・ After a successful bid, carry-in to the JEN-desinaged yard
    ・ After a successful bid, carry-in to the NORI yard(Narita/Kobe/Kikugawa)

    Regarding the Narita yard, it is limited to JEN Auction clearance items or NORI Parade Entry items.

6.Application Submission Complete Email

After your consigned machine is published on the JEN auction site, you will receive an email titled 'Consignment Submission Complete.'
Please ensure that all machine details are correct.
If any issues/troubles occurred from missing details or incomplete photos will be the consignor's responsibility.

7. Account Statement and Contract Completion Email

After the auction ends, you will receive an email titled 'Contract Completion Email'.
Additionally, the 'invoice' will be sent via email (or fax).
The sales contract is finalized when JEN sends the 'invoice'.

8.Unsold Machine Notice and Re-Entry Steps

*Entry Member Terms and Conditions Refer to 11.Negotiation on unsold equipment and Re-Entry on Auction

After the auction ends, you will receive an email titled 'Notification of Unsold Machines / Re-Entry Application Form.'
If you wish to re-Entry the unsold machines, please reply to this email.

9. Payment to Consignor

*Entry Member Terms and Conditions Refer to 7.Sales Commission and Charges / *8.Payment to Consignor

Payment will be made under the following conditions once the receipt of the invoice and confirmation of the machine delivery or pickup have been completed.

  1. a )Entry from the Consignor's Yard

    2. ・After a successful bid, carry-out from the consignor's yard : The payment will be completed within 1 week of the successful bid.
    ・After a successful bid, carry-in to the JEN-designated yard: The payment will be completed within 3 days of the carry-in confirmation.
    ・After a successful bid, carry-in to the NORI yard(Narita/Kobe/Kikugawa): The payment will be complete within 3 days of the carry-in confirmation.

  2. b )Entry from the NORI Yard

    3. ・After a successful bid, carry-in to the NORI yard(Narita, Kobe, Kikugawa): The payment will be completed within 3 days of the carry-in confirmation.

  3. c )Entry from the JEN-designated Yard

    4. ・ After carry-in to the JEN-designated yard: The payment will be completed within 3 days after the name registry change confirmation.
    If the machine has additional documentation, the payment will be completed after the original documentation arrives at JEN.

    *The conditions above may cause payment delays, so we appreciate your understanding..

10. Machine Pick-up and Delivery

  1. a )Entry from Consignor's Yard

    2. ・After a successful bid, Carry-out from the consignor's yard
    - Collect the machine within two weeks of the purchased date.
    - Since it is a 'vehicle delivery', the consignor is fully responsible for the loading process. However, if a vehicle(truck, trailer, etc..) that violates rules & regulations or is unsafe arrives, we may refuse the loading process. In such cases, please contact JEN.

    After a successful bid, deliver to the JEN-designated Yard
    - Please deliver machine within 1 week after the successful bid. All expenses related to the Entry cost after the successful bid shall be borne by the consignor.

    After a successful bid, deliver to the NORI yard(Narita/Kobe/Kikugawa)
    - Please deliver machine within 1 week after the successful bid. All expenses related to the Entry cost after the successful bid shall be borne by the consignor.

  2. b )Entry from NORI Yard(Narita, Kobe, Kikugawa)

    3. ・Entry after delivery to the NORI-designated yard(Narita, Kobe, Kikugawa)
    - After a successful bid, please change the name registry to JEN ASAP.

  3. c )Entry from JEN-designated Yard

    4. ・Entry after delivery to the JEN-designated yard
    - After a successful bid, please change the name registry to JEN ASAP.
